• F. L. Layton wishes to thank ??? the friend ??? for the advice given him in an anonymous letter he received. The cowardly manner in which the attack is made hardly fits the cloak in which he pretends to appear.
• Miss Edith Larkins gave a pleasant lawn party on Tuesday.
• John Crawley is building a 3 roomed frame residence
• The Social event of the week was the wedding reception on Wednesday in honor of Mary H. Linford to Samuel G. Layton. The reception was given in Williams Hall. Refreshments were served and dancing was enjoyed.
• On Wednesday of this week Edward C. Barnes and Miss May Flint were married in the Salt Lake Temple. A quiet and pleasant family wedding party followed.
