KAYSVILLE KINKS - 49TH IN SERIES - OCT 1894 - The Republicans of Kaysville held the greatest rally of the season last evening. William Glassman was the speaker. The Kaysville Brass Band marched down to the depot as the train came in bearing the orator of the evening from Ogden. The band also gave us several pieces of music during the evening. -- Miss Nellie Barton was given a pleasant supper party on the occasion of her 20th birthday Monday. There was a happy company of young people present and the time spent was very enjoyable. -- George Swan Jr. and John G. M. Barnes will attend a Democratic Rally in South Hooper. -- Mrs. Doris Wessels and Niles Strunquist were united in the bonds of holy matrimony last evening. Judge T. H. Phillips officiated. A quiet family party was given in honor of the evening by Mr. and Mrs. Levi Taylor, the bride's parents. -- Miss Kathryn Ward and Joseph Young were married by Judge Phillips last Monday evening. -- This evening Miss Sarah A. Bennett of Kaysville and John Walker of American Fork will have the connubial knot tied. Judge Phillips will officiate at this ceremony also. Even a heated political campaign doesn't seem to affect the matrimonial market. Kaysville Kinks were originally published on the the Facebook group page, Our Kaysville Story.  Click on the link to join the group page.

Kristine is an amazing lady who loves the town she grew up in, her family, and the color purple.
